With Calyx POINT origination software (Win 95,98 or ME) and Click2Doc you can email loan documents directly to consumers in seconds with just a click. Its as easy as printing. The recipient - borrower (Win 95, 98,ME, NT) needs NO software, viewer, download or special instructions. The file opens with just a click on all WIN 95, 98 and Millennium operating systems. If you use Outlook or Outlook Express as your email client, you can send email directly from POINT. Click2Doc allows you to send your loan forms as a document set by automatically opening your email client, attaching and naming the file (your loan number), then filling in your standard greeting to your borrower. This is the configuration control panel. It has 2 default settings. Set it the way you will most often use Click2Doc™, and forget it ! Simple, efficient, effective. AOL users must use the "Save as File" setting and open their email client manually. (2 extra clicks) Then attach the Click2Doc file set as with any attachment.
The rest is even easier. When you have the documents ready to send from POINT, you click on the Print menu. In the print menu, select Click2Doc™. Then just Click to Doc. It is that simple. You will get the selection menu shown below. The file will be named the same as your POINT loan number. You should also decide whether you want to password protect the documents. Then click OK.
Click2Doc™then follows your instructions. If you selected the email option, an email form will appear with the file already attached. You supply the email address and any additional message and send. Your client has documents in minutes. The client can save, read, view and print the documents. They cannot edit the documents. Click2Doc may be used with most all other Win programs including word processors, spreadsheets, database, and publishing. Never worry again about document and contract alterations. Webmasters!
